- Payments for exported goods and services shall commence upon contract signing and adhere to mutually agreed payment methods, including advance payments, Letters of Credit (LC), or bank transfers.
- Delays in payment may result in shipment holds or contract termination.
- Third-party service fees (such as freight, insurance, or inspection) will be billed separately unless explicitly included in the agreed pricing.
- Invoices will be issued after shipment dispatch. Failure to meet payment obligations may lead to order cancellation and legal consequences.
Shipping, Delivery, and Risk Transfer
- Stylo Exim ensures the timely shipment of goods; however, delays may happen because shipping timelines are subject to international trade regulations and unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or natural disasters.
- The risk of goods transfers to the Buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
- Any additional costs due to customs, import duties, or local taxes are the Buyer’s responsibility.
